Systems & Technology Support Lead
Real Staffing is currently looking for a Systems & Technology Support Lead to support one of our Global Pharma MNC clients to implement plans/projects for global enterprise-wide privacy systems. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the AP IT Team in a fast paced environment.

Location: Singapore
Duration: Initial duration of 12 months
Budget: Competitive Market Rate

Responsibilities:
* Act as First line of Contact for all systems issues, including support for China, India and Asia Pacific
* Project support including user requirements gathering
* Develop communication and reporting strategy, coordinates between stakeholders for progress reviews, key decisions, documentation and approvals
* Provide project governance and compliance - identify issues, monitor budgets, change controls
* Support Training & Communications new Learning Technologies and initiatives
* Provide support and training initiatives, as required
* Provide high quality translation, eg. English to Chinese document translation and vice versa.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree is preferred
* Preferred to have excellent English and Chinese verbal/written communication skills
* Minimum of 8 years of experience, including a minimum 5 years of IT support, project management and delivery of information technology solutions and systems.in healthcare industry
* Experience working in partnership with compliance function (regulatory, quality) preferred
* Experience leading in a multi-national environment and cross-sector experience preferred
* Demonstrated quantitative analytical or statistical skills required
* Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
